Cuthbert
This comic followed the daily lives of Cuthbert and his younger brother Hugh. Cuthbert is a man with a temper as short as his height, fighting a constant war on the world of idiocy, ranging from the dippy grannies who regularly visit M.F. Smitts (Cuthbert’s workplace) to political correctness in general. And the fact that Hugh has the simple mind of a child with an obsession for ‘The Matrix’ doesn’t help...

Hellhole
Hellhole starred Adrian, a demon working in Hell (which is more like a prison: you serve your sentence based on your sins until you finally go to Heaven) and Rik, a fire sprite whose soul is consumed by constant fire. There’s also Tim “Creep” Creeper, a dark-robed skeleton who quit being a Grim Reaper and now serves as “The Bad Guy’s” personal secretary...

Bored Of The Rings
When I first launched Bollox Comics in 2002, BotR were the first comics I made for it. After having seen the first Lord Of the Rings film directed by Peter Jackson, I wanted to make a spoof comic strip in similar style to the humour of David Zucker, Mel Brooks and Jim Abrahams. Originally it was only going to be one strip (the “You shall not pass!” gag), but I felt I ought to build up to it more and decided to parody the whole film...

Max And Marsha
Sprite comics, within the webcomic community, are often looked down upon as generic, poorly-made and badly-written. Max and Marsha was my experiment in breaking those clichés and forming something original out of an over-saturated genre. It received high praise from many well-established webcomic authors. This short story starred husband and wife mountain climbers scaling a large peak for a TV documentary. However, due to the long time spent together, they’ve grown to hate each other...

The Slob
I’ve always adored superhero comics. Although I’ve always found it odd that whenever a character gains superpowers, they immediately become vigilantes or turn evil. I wondered what would happen, if a person gained superpowers but didn’t actually care about it. Someone who couldn’t be bothered to fight or cause crime. The laziest superhero ever. That’s where the idea behind The Slob came from...
